The energy storage system (200) comprises an energy storage unit (201) and a non-energy storage unit (202); the non-energy storage unit (202) comprises a thermal management unit and a fire-fighting unit; the non-energy storage unit (202) is used for assisting the energy storage unit (201); the domain controller (200) integrates a management module (2011) of the energy storage unit (201) and a management module (2021) of the non-energy storage unit (202), and is used for managing the non-energy storage unit (202) according to state information of the energy storage unit (201). A management policy of the energy storage system (200) can be reasonably adjusted, and efficient energy-saving management of the energy storage system (200) is realized.
