Abstract:
The present application provides a domain name query method and a related device. The method comprises: an HTTPDNS server receives an HTTP request message sent by a terminal device, wherein the HTTP request message carries a domain name to be accessed and scheduling information of the terminal device; the HTTPDNS server constructs a DNS query message according to the HTTP request message, and sends the DNS query message to an authoritative domain name server, wherein the DNS query message carries the domain name to be accessed and the scheduling information; receiving a DNS response message sent by the authoritative domain name server, wherein the DNS response message carries an IP address of a site to be accessed, and the site to be accessed is an edge cache node selected by the authoritative domain name server from multiple sites of the domain name to be accessed and corresponding to the scheduling information; an HTTP response message is constructed according to the DNS response message, and the HTTP response message is sent to the terminal device, wherein the HTTP response message carries the IP address of the site to be accessed.
