Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of speakers, and particularly discloses a dome of a vibration diaphragm, speaker and electronic equipment using the same, and manufacturing method thereof. The dome of the present invention comprises a first duralumin layer, an intermediate layer and a second duralumin layer arranged in sequence from the top to the bottom. The intermediate layer comprises a fiber layer and a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer adhered to an upper surface and a lower surface of the fiber layer respectively. The fiber layer is bonded to the first duralumin layer and the second duralumin layer through the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer respectively. The surface of the dome of the present invention is the duralumin layer high in surface smoothness and impact-resistant. The intermediate layer is the fiber layer bonded to the duralumin layers through the adhesive layers, thus enabling reduced weight of the dome and increased sensitivity. The dome of the present invention has a simple structure, is convenient for machining, high-temperature-resistant, long in service life, easy to manufacture and low in production cost, and can significantly improve the acoustic performance of the speaker and electronic equipment.
