The present invention discloses a domestic garbage treating equipment and process including a separation, a crushing, an automatic dewatering and a cracking. The present invention features that it contains an automatic dewatering room, a combustion body, a hearth for combustion, a piston, heat gas pipes, pipelines and a water tight tower. The garbage poured to the pipeline is pushed by the piston into the rotary hearth for combustion through the entrance on one end thereof and the combusted garbage is discharged from the other side of the hearth. The discharged solid contained in gas is separated with the gas which is recovered and liquefied. The charcoal is made to the active carbon and the residue is used as building stuffing. The present invention realizes the comprehensive harmless, zero-discharge and zero-pollution treatment for the domesticgarbage.
