Abstract:
Provided is a domestic waste percolate concentrated-solution pyrolysis treatment system, comprising a landfill leachate concentrated-solution pyrolysis–oxidation solid–liquid separation apparatus, a dry salt recovery apparatus (81), an organic tail-gas purification and incineration apparatus (82), a waste heat recovery apparatus, a heating furnace (801), and a purification and discharge apparatus; a plurality of explosion venting apparatuses (2) are connected by means of pipelines; some or all of the pipelines each comprise a first pipeline section and a second pipeline section; each explosion venting apparatus (2) is arranged between the first pipeline section and the second pipeline section of a pipeline. When an explosion occurs inside a vertical cylinder, the gas expands instantly when heated, the expanding gas and impact force act on a first explosion venting plate (35) and a second explosion venting plate (36), causing the first explosion venting plate (35) and the second explosion venting plate (36) to move relative to each other, thus causing a first explosion venting pipe (23) and a second explosion venting pipe (24) to move away from each other, venting the gas, preventing the pipeline from bursting and increasing the service life of the entire apparatus.
