Abstract:
A door closing device 2 comprises a latching mechanism that includes a latch 40, a closing mechanism that transitions the latching mechanism from a half-latched state to a full-latched state, and a driving source that operates the closing mechanism. The closing mechanism comprises a closing lever 120 that is rotated by way of power from the driving source, a closing arm 130 that is translated in accordance with the rotation of the closing lever 120 and that contacts the latch 40, and a canceling lever 140 that is rotated in accordance with operation of a door-opening operation source 12, 14. The closing lever 120 has a closing lever shaft 121 that is supported by the canceling lever 140. The state in which the closing lever shaft 121 is supported by the canceling lever 140 is canceled by way of the canceling lever 140 being rotated in accordance with the operation of the door-opening operation source 12, 14.
