Abstract:
This door handle has an electrostatic sensor installed inside a door handle case, the door handle being characterized in that: the electrostatic sensor has a detection electrode formed on the outer surface of or inside a flat conductor plate or a flat base plate; the detection electrode has a center portion in the longitudinal direction of the detection electrode and peripheral portions in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the detection electrode; and the width of the detection electrode in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is configured such that the widths of the peripheral portions are greater than that of the center portion and gradually increase toward the ends in the longitudinal direction.
