Abstract:
The present invention relates to a door lock apparatus. The door lock apparatus comprises: a door fixing portion fixed to a door; a knob coupled in a linearly movable manner relative to the door fixing portion; a hinge pin including a link and a swing arm, the link having one end coupled to the knob and the other end secured onto the door fixing portion, the swing arm being protruded from the link towards the door; a latch casing including a latch hole passing through the casing towards a door frame, and a swing arm through hole to receive the swing arm; a latch housing slidably mounted in a longitudinal direction of the latch casing; a latch hinged to the latch housing to protrude through the latch hole; a latch lock unit for locking the latch to prevent the latch from pivoting about the latch housing, along a swing motion of the swing arm; and a recovering unit for recovering the latch lock unit from a unlocked position to a locked position. As such, one can open or close a door more easily, and a door lock apparatus having a simpler configuration can be realized.
