Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a door lock device with which it is possible to prevent a door latch being disengaged by a lateral impact. [Solution] With this door lock device, even if a vehicle is laterally impacted and an open lever is pressed against the door inner face side, a latch part of the open lever makes contact with a restriction part which is disposed in a metal plate, and it is possible to restrict the forward movement of the open lever. It is thus possible to prevent a door latch being disengaged by a vehicle lateral impact which could have been a problem with a conventional door lock device.
