Abstract:
The present invention relates to a locking device that comprises a plate with an opening, said plate being attached to the end surface of the door. This device also includes a rod-type locking member in the shape of a locking bar which is mounted in a guiding insert with a transverse groove under the plate and on the door frame, wherein said bar is fitted with a reciprocating system. The locking bar is arranged in the plane of the door frame and is parallel to the end surface of said door, while the plate is mounted in a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the locking bar. In another embodiment, the locking bar can be placed in the plane (in or on) of the door so as to be parallel to the end surface of said door, while the plate is connected to the door frame, respectively.
