Abstract:
Provided are: a door opening/closing mechanism by which a door can be opened from both sides by lighter handle operation; and a refrigerator. When a door (2a) is closed, hinge pins (11) and groove cams (24, 25) of cam mechanisms on both sides assume a first locking position. When one handle is operated, a cam lever (31) corresponding to the operated handle rotates rearward, presses a lock outer cam (12) and moves to the opening side of the door (2a), the hinge pin (11) and the groove cams (24, 25) of the cam mechanism on the side opposite to the opening side assume a second locking position at which the hinge pin and the groove cams can freely rotate, and the cam lever (31) presses the opening side of a front tip section of the lock outer cam (12) at least during an initial rotation in the rotation operation for opening the door (2a).
