Disclosed are a door opening mechanism and a baking machine having same. The door opening mechanism (1) comprises slide rails (11), telescopic arms (11a), and a drive motor (12). The slide rails are disposed on a body (2) of a baking machine; each telescopic arm (11a) is fittingly connected to the slide rail (11), and the front end of each telescopic arm (11a) is connected to a door (21) of the baking machine by means of a connecting bar (14); the drive motor (12) is fixed to the body (2) of the baking machine, and connected to the telescopic arm (11a) by means of rack and pinion mechanisms, and the drive motor (12) is electrically connected to a master controller. The master controller controls the drive motor (12) to rotate forwards to drive the telescopic arms (11a) to extend outwards so as to open the door (21), and controls the drive motor (12) to rotate backwards to drive the telescopic arms (11a) to retract inward so as to close the door (21); the door (21) of the baking machine can be opened or closed without requiring human intervention during the whole process. The door of a baking machine can be opened and closed when a baked commodity is made fresh and sold hot on a vending machine. Compared with manual selling, selling costs are reduced.
