Title:
DOSAGE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/153423
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This dosage management assistance system is provided with an input unit and a calculation unit. The input unit is inputted with, as input data, an elapsed time from the previous dosing for a patient and/or a value of a biomaterial in the blood of the patient, and/or a change in the corresponding value. The calculation unit calculates, from the input data, a dose probability of a medicine for the patient of three values for the maintenance of the status quo, an increase in quantity, and a decrease in quantity on the basis of a calculation model, and calculates a first determination for determining whether the calculated dose probability is the maintenance of the status quo, and a second determination for determining whether the calculated dose probability is the increase in quantity or the decrease in quantity, when the first determination result is not the maintenance of the status quo. The calculation model is generated through machine-learning by taking, as teacher data, elapsed times from previous dosings for a plurality of patients and/or values of biomaterials in the bloods of the patients, and/or changes in the corresponding values, and data indicating that which the dose determination of a medicine determined for the respective patients by doctors is among the maintenance of the status quo, the increase in quantity, and the decrease in quantity.
