Abstract:
A dosage rate measurement device is provided with: a first radiation detector having an inorganic crystal scintillator, a second radiation detector having a plastic scintillator, a detector stand having a cylindrical part, a low-range calculation unit for calculating a first corrected dosage rate for incident radiation on the basis of a detection signal pulse output by the first radiation detector, a high-range calculation unit for calculating a second corrected dosage rate for incident radiation on the basis of a detection signal pulse output by the second radiation detector, a dosage rate switching unit for determining a dosage rate ratio from the first corrected dosage rate calculated by the low-range calculation unit and the second corrected dosage rate calculated by the high-range calculation unit and selecting the corrected dosage rate to output according to the size of the determined dosage rate ratio, and a display and control unit for displaying the corrected dosage rate output by the dosage rate switching unit. The plastic scintillator of the second radiation detector is wound around the cylindrical part of the detector stand.
