Abstract:
A dot laminated fabric shoe insole according to the present invention is obtained by laminating foam and fabric by using an adhesive resin applied to a transfer roller on which an intaglio dot pattern is formed. The adhesive resin applied on the intaglio dot pattern on the surface of the transfer roller is transferred to one surface of either the foam or the fabric and integrally molded therewith. The adhesive resin is one selected from among thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) containing 0.2-5 phr of hydrophobic nanosilica.
