Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a double-acting multi-stage pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder according the present invention has a piston rod movably mounted in a cylinder and first and second input and output ports respectively formed at both side ends of the cylinder, wherein at least one auxiliary pneumatic cylinder is mounted on the outer surface of a main cylinder between the first input and output port and the second input and output port and the piston rod of the auxiliary pneumatic cylinder is mounted to go in and out of the main cylinder. Therefore, an operating stroke per section and an entire stroke may be varied as intended.
