Abstract:

Six side wires 1b are twisted around a core wire 1a. A primary anti-rust layer 10 of synthetic resin is formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of each of the temporarily untwisted core wire 1a and the side wires 1b. A secondary anti-rust layer 13 of synthetic resin has a part filled into spaces between the core wire 1a and the side wires 1b that have been twisted again and a part formed on the surface of the side wires 1b exposed to the outside. The secondary anti-rust layer 13 is formed separately and independently in close proximity without bonding to the primary anti-rust layer 10.
