Abstract:
A double-bevel gear pair apparatus of a windmill, comprising a tower (12), a compartment housing (3), a windmill spindle (5), a front windmill blade (1), a primary longitudinal shaft composite gear (8), a primary longitudinal shaft (9), a rear windmill blade (2), a secondary longitudinal shaft composite gear (10), and a secondary longitudinal shaft (7). The tower (12) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the compartment housing (3); the windmill spindle (5) is horizontally arranged inside the compartment housing (3); both ends of the windmill spindle (5) extend outside the compartment housing (3), and are respectively connected to the front windmill blade (1) and the rear windmill blade (2); a spindle front bevel gear (4) and a spindle rear bevel gear (6) are provided on the windmill spindle (5) in a manner of key connection; the spindle front bevel gear (4) and the primary longitudinal shaft composite gear (8) are in engaged transmission connection; the spindle rear bevel gear (6) and the secondary longitudinal shaft composite gear (10) are in engaged transmission connection; the primary longitudinal shaft composite gear (8) and the secondary longitudinal shaft composite gear (10) are in engaged transmission connection; the lower end of the primary longitudinal shaft (9) passes through the compartment housing (3) and extends inside the tower (12); and a tail wing (11) is provided on the outer side of the compartment housing (3). In the present apparatus, the device can counteract a deflection torque and can completely balance the torque, and the device runs stably and saves energy, thereby improving the overall reliability.
