Abstract:
A double-channel water pump which facilitates diversion, comprising an outer water pump cylinder (1), a stator assembly (2), a rotor assembly (3) and a flow guide casing (4). The stator assembly (2) is hermetically arranged in the outer water pump cylinder (1). The rotor assembly (3) is rotatably arranged in the stator assembly (2). The outer walls of the outer water pump cylinder (1) and the stator assembly (2) enclose to form a first space (33). The outer wall of the rotor assembly (3) and the inner wall of the stator assembly (2) enclose to form a second space (36). An impeller (40) connected to the rotor assembly (3) is arranged in the flow guide casing (4). A mounting cavity (46) matched with the impeller (40) is formed in the flow guide casing (4). A plurality of vortex grooves (47) are formed in the peripheral wall of the mounting cavity (46). The vortex grooves (47) are communicated with the front end and the rear end of the flow guide casing (4). Water-permeable holes (56) matched with the rotor assembly (3) are formed in the flow guide casing (4) and in communication with the front end and the rear end of the flow guide casing (4). The water inlet end of the water pump, the vortex grooves (47), the first space (33) and the water outlet end of the water pump form a first flow channel. The water inlet end of the water pump, the water-permeable holes (56), the second space and the water outlet end of the water pump form a second flow channel. The structure can improve the cooling efficiency of the water pump motor.
