Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved double check valve for construction equipment, which is made to open and close a check at preset time intervals in accordance with drops and increases in pressure brought about by external loads during the operation of dozer blade operating equipment, so as to significantly reduce noise and hunting. The double check valve for construction equipment comprises: a hydraulic pump; a hydraulic cylinder connected to the hydraulic pump for driving operating equipment; a control valve installed on a passage between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder, for controlling the driving, stopping, and direction changing of the hydraulic cylinder upon being switched; a pair of pistons installed at a side of a piston cylinder so as to open and close a first passage and a second passage between the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder, each including a plunger ground portion and notch portion, and dividedly formed so as to be switched in mutually different directions when a signal pressure acts upon a check hydraulic pressure portion introduced from one of the passages when the operating equipment is temporarily lowered; a pair of check valves pressurized by means of the switching of the pistons so as to negate the respective check functions thereof; and a plunger installed within the piston cylinder, for moving the pistons in the directions in which the check function of the check valves is negated, by means of fluid that passes through the notch portion and forms pressure at the piston ground portion.
