A double container 100 according to the present invention comprises an inner container 1 having a mouth portion and a shoulder portion, an outer container 2 which has a side wall and which interchangeably receives the inner container 1, a two-stage cylindrical first connecting member 4 in which an opening portion allowing the mouth portion of the inner container 1 to be inserted therethrough is formed and which is engaged through threading with the outer-side surface of the side wall of the outer container while covering the shoulder portion of the inner container and the upper end of the side wall, and a substantially cylindrical second connecting member 5 in which an opening portion allowing the mouth portion of the inner container to be inserted therethrough is formed and which is located on the inner side of the first connecting member. The second connecting member 5 comprises an inner circumferential rotation regulation portion 57 which regulates rotation with respect to the mouth portion by being brought into contact with a part of the mouth portion 14 of the inner container 1 and an outer circumferential rotation regulation portion 52 which regulates rotation with respect to the outer container 2 by being brought into contact with a part of the side wall of the outer container 2. The rotation of the inner container in an assembled state is regulated with respect to the outer container 2.
