Abstract:
This invention relates to the double-distribution unit and method, especially for forming ceramic tiles with pattern in imitation of natural stone. The double-distributor unit of the invention comprised of distribution translation framework, at least two distribution means, one or more hopper, a press and a control device. Said distributor unit consists of a longitudinal translating device and a transverse translating device. The longitudinal translating device associated with at least two hopper positions, each of which could dispose with a hopper. At least two distributor units lie above translating device. Said at least two distribution means can distribute the powders in different characteristics. The unit of this invention also comprises a molding plate, veins forming means and so on.
