Abstract:
A hand knife is provided. The hand knife comprises at least a knife body (10) which includes a first end (101) and a second end (102). The first end (101) is provided with a first mounting bracket (11) and the second end (102) is provided with a second mounting bracket (12). A first blade (21) is detachably mounted on the first mounting bracket (11) and a second blade (22) is detachably mounted on the second mounting bracket (12). As a result, the user can choose a proper blade to use or use different blades alternately without changing the blades during usage. When the blade on one end is worn out, the user can keep working with the blade on the other end, so that the working duration is prolonged and the working efficiency is increased.
