Abstract:
A double-feed-channel shrapnel welding apparatus, comprising a feeder (100), a welding and detecting tool (200), a cutting tool (300) and a collector (400), wherein the feeder is used for feeding two groups of shrapnel to be welded; the welding and detecting tool is used for respectively welding the two groups of shrapnel to be welded, and detecting welded shrapnel; the cutting tool is used for cutting the two groups of shrapnel which have been welded and detected; and the collector is used for collecting finished shrapnel after cutting. The welding apparatus can solve problems such as the fact that, in an existing shrapnel welding process, the welding capability of a laser galvanometer cannot be fully exerted, and the production efficiency is low.
