Abstract:
A double-flexible-wheel harmonic speed reducer, comprising a strong flexible wheel (3), a weak flexible wheel (2), and a wave generator (1). The strong flexible wheel (3) and the weak flexible wheel (2) are coaxially fixed axially and radially. Teeth capable of being meshed with one another are provided on the strong flexible wheel (3) and the weak flexible wheel (2), respectively. The number of teeth on the strong flexible wheel (3) and the weak flexible wheel (2) is different. Under the action of the wave generator (1), the weak flexible wheel (2) generates non-circular elastic deformation and is partially meshed with the strong flexible wheel (3), and the portion of the strong flexible wheel (3) that is in contact with the weak flexible wheel (2) is subjected to radial pressure from the weak flexible wheel (2) to generate non-circular elastic deformation. The wall thickness of the strong flexible wheel (3) is greater than or equal to 2 times the wall thickness of the weak flexible wheel (2) and less than 5 times the wall thickness of the weak flexible wheel (2). According to the present double-flexible-wheel harmonic speed reducer, a strong flexible wheel, having rigidity larger than that of a flexible wheel of a prior harmonic speed reducer, is adopted to replace a rigid wheel of the prior harmonic speed reducer.
