A double-front-side paper notebook, comprising a first front side sealing page (100), a second front side sealing page (200) and a plurality of first front side content pages and second front side content pages located between the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200), wherein side edges of the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200) are fixed to each other. The same or different information is designed on the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200), or no information is designed thereon. When the information of the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200) is the same, the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200) that are unfolded completely are in point symmetry; and when the information of the first front side sealing page (100) and the information of the second front side sealing page (200) are different, part of the first front side sealing page (100) and the second front side sealing page (200) that are unfolded completely are in point symmetry. With the double-front-side paper notebook, paper is fully utilized, resources are saved, and the notebook is environmentally friendly.
