DOUBLE-GROUP HYPERSTATIC BEAM NETWORK OVERSIZE VIBRATION SIEVE

A double-group hyperstatic beam network and shock excitation plate-typed combination bearing beam oversize vibration sieve comprises plate-typed hyperstatic combination bearing beam (12) which is arranged in sieving case (1). Several groups of Y-shape hyperstatic combinated stiffening beam (5) are set on the side plate (3) of sieving case in interval. The vibration sieve has a double-group hyperstatic supporting plate (22) to link multiple netlike beams (21) which are provided on a hyperstatic junction panel (4) and form a container of a beam system with a side plate (3). Vibration generators (10) provided in the hyperstatic netlike beam device are eight twin-horizontal-distributed vibration generator groups which are fixed in series of universal couplings (9) and are connected with a body of a double-group hyperstatic netlike beam (11) to form a whole netlike beam big rigid shock excitation. The vibration sieve structure is simple and reliable. The vibration is steady, and has a wide practicability in fields of coal, metallurgy, environmental protection.
