Abstract:
Double hands mounted at the wrist of an industrial robot. Two hands (2, 3) having at least a pair of fingers (2-1, 2-2, 3-1, 3-2) are provided in a back-to-back manner so as to be directed outwardly at the opening sides of the fingers, and finger driving mechanisms of the respective hand units (2, 3) are provided in parallel along the plane including the fingers for holding a shaft workpiece or the like.
