Abstract:
Provided is a film cooling structure which prevents a cooling medium film from being stripped off from a wall surface and increases the efficiency of the film on the wall surface, thereby allowing the wall surface to be efficiently cooled. The wall surface (1) facing a passageway (2) for a high-temperature gas (G) is provided with one or more pairs of jet holes (5a, 5b) through which a cooling medium (C) is issued into the passageway (2). Each of the pairs of jet holes (5a, 5b) is supplied with the cooling medium (C) through a single supply passageway (7) which is formed in the wall. Between the jet holes (5a and 5b) of each of the pairs, a distributing portion (9) is located to be more frontward than the rear ends (5aa,5ba) of the jet holes so as to distribute the cooling medium (C) from the supply passageway (7) to the jet holes of each of the pairs. The direction of a jet of the cooling medium (C) is set at an angle to the direction of flow of the high-temperature gas (G) so that the cooling medium from the jet holes of each pair forms vortexes (S1,S2) in the directions in which the flows of the cooling medium push each other against the wall surface.
