Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of box nailing, and particularly relates to a double-layer corrugated paperboard deviation rectifying and paper feeding apparatus. The apparatus comprises a rack; an upper left deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, an upper right deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, and a lower deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism; and a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism and a third driving mechanism which are arranged on the rack and are respectively in transmission connection to the upper left deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, the upper right deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, and the lower deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism. The upper left deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism is located on the upper left side of the lower deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism. The upper right deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism is located on the upper right side of the lower deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism. The upper left deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, the upper right deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism, and the lower deviation rectifying and conveying mechanism cooperate with each other. Compared with the prior art, the apparatus not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also improves the accuracy of rectification. In addition, compared with a traditional beating type apparatus, the present apparatus not only reduces the degree of damage to the paperboard, but also eliminates the paper beating noise of a machine and increases the speed.
