Abstract:
A double-layer foamed paper container structure and a manufacturing method for a double-layer foamed paper container. The manufacturing method for a double-layer foamed paper container comprises the following steps: coating a first foamed material (21): coating the first foamed material (21) on at least partial area of an annular wall (11) of a paper container body (10); coating a second foamed material (22): coating the second foamed material (22) on at least partial area of the surface of the first foamed material (21) facing away from the paper container body (10), wherein the foaming temperature of the first foamed material (21) is less than the foaming temperature of the second foamed material (22) by at least three degrees; and heating and foaming: heating the paper container body (10), so that the first foamed material (21) and the second foamed material (22) are sequentially foamed and expanded to form a first foamed layer (21a, 21b) and a second foamed layer (22a, 22b).
