Abstract:
A double layer subframe structure of an aerial work platform mainly comprises a lower-layer frame (1-2), an upper-layer frame (1-1), a frame support column (1-4), and a frame locking device (1-3). The lower-layer frame (1-2) is mounted on a chassis frame. The upper-layer frame (1-1) is hinge-connected to an upper portion of the lower-layer frame (1-2). An aerial work arm support system (2-2) is mounted above the upper-layer frame (1-1). Support legs (1-6) are fixedly disposed around the upper-layer frame (1-1). The frame support column (1-4) and the frame locking device (1-3) are both provided between the upper-layer frame (1-1) and the lower-layer frame (1-2) and are respectively located near to a chassis cab (3-2) and a tail portion of a chassis body (3-1) on the upper-layer frame (1-1) or the lower-layer frame (1-2). The double layer subframe structure of the aerial work platform adjusts the point of action where the weight of the chassis acts on the subframe, thereby providing stable support for aerial work, improving working stability, and solving the problem that a tail beam of a cab needs to be specially reinforced to meet working conditions because the rear of the cab is suspended.
