Abstract:
A double-layered transparent conducting film, comprising: a first substrate; a first impressed adhesive layer arranged on the first substrate, a first reticle-shaped trench being arranged on the first impressed adhesive layer, and the reticle-shaped trench forms a first grid; a first conducting layer comprising a conducting material filled in the first reticle-shaped trenches; a tackifying layer arranged on the first impressed adhesive layer; a second substrate arranged on the tackifying layer; a second impressed adhesive layer arranged on the second substrate, a second reticle-shaped trench being arranged on the second impressed adhesive layer, a second grid being formed by the second reticle-shaped trench, wherein either one of the first grid and the second grid is a regular grid, and the other grid is a random grid; and a second conducting layer comprising a conducting material filled in the second reticle-shaped trench. Because one grid is a random grid, and the other one is a regular grid, no alignment accuracy is required in the stacking process, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency. In addition, also provided is a preparation method for the double-layered transparent conducting film.
