Disclosed in the present application is a double-medium TFB gasification incinerator and a method for implementing waste gasification and incineration. The incinerator comprises a furnace body, a gas-solid separator, a waste heat recovery device, and a furnace body support, wherein the furnace body comprises a gasification section, a combustion section, and a heat exchange section which sequentially communicate with each other from bottom to top, and the combustion section is indirectly connected to the heat exchange section; the furnace body support comprises at least one cross beam, the cross beam is arranged above a connecting portion on the combustion section and facing the furnace body, a supporting plate is provided on the side of each cross beam close to the furnace body, each supporting plate supports one heat exchange furnace wall and a thermally conductive oil coil arranged on an inner surface of the heat exchange furnace wall, and flexible connection seals are respectively arranged between two adjacent heat exchange furnace walls and between the heat exchange furnace wall and a combustion section furnace wall; and furnace body portions of the gasification section and the combustion section are suspended on the cross beam adjacent to the connecting portion by means of the connecting portion.
