Abstract:
The present invention is applied to the field of electronics, and provides a double monitoring-activating measurement and control device. A primary MCU and a secondary MCU in a double monitoring-activating micro control module receive heartbeat information from each other, and each monitors whether the other is operating. If the secondary MCU does not receive the heartbeat information of the primary MCU, or processed information of the primary MCU received by the secondary MCU is inconsistent with that of the secondary MCU, a switching module is controlled to output accurate information obtained after comprehensive analysis of the processed information of the secondary MCU sent by the secondary MCU, the processed information sent by the primary MCU, and information fed back by an output monitoring module, and at the same time the primary MCU is controlled to be reactivated. If the primary MCU does not receive the heartbeat information of the secondary MCU, the secondary MCU is controlled to be activated. If activation fails for multiple times, an alarm is generated. In this way, when an abnormality occurs during extended operation of the double monitoring-activating measurement and control device, accurate information can be output without interruption, a failed MCU can be activated, and an alarm is generated to prompt timely maintenance, thereby preventing loss.
