Abstract:
A double planetary gear train speed reducer for use in a high-power scraper conveyor, comprising: an input shaft (1), a bevel gear set, a cylindrical gear set, a first-stage planetary gear train, a second-stage planetary gear train and an output shaft (17). The bevel gear set consists of a small bevel gear (2), a large bevel gear (3) and an output shaft (4) of the bevel gear set; the cylindrical-gear set consists of a small cylindrical gear (5), a large cylindrical gear (6) and an output shaft (7) of the cylindrical gear set; the first-stage planetary gear train consists of a high-speed sun gear (8), a high-speed planetary gear (9), a high-speed ring gear (10), a high-speed planetary carrier (11) and a high-speed output shaft (12); the second-stage planetary gear train consists of a low-speed sun gear (13), a low-speed planetary gear (14), a low-speed ring gear (15) and a low-speed planetary carrier (16). The present device employs a four-step, double planetary gear train speed reduction scheme, and compared to existing high-power scraper conveyor transmission modes which utilize two-stage bevel planetary gears, transmission is improved 5-10 times over; and thus, the present device can be adapted according to requirements for power transmission of a high-power scraper conveyor.
