A double-power synthesizer comprises a shell (1). A first input shaft (2), a second input shaft (8) and a power output shaft (11) are arranged in the shell (1) in parallel, and are fixed on the shell (1) through a first input shaft bearing (3), a second input shaft bearing (6) and a power output shaft bearing (12) respectively. A first input shaft gear (4) is arranged on the first input shaft (2), a second input shaft gear (9) is arranged on the second input shaft (8), and a planetary gear speed control system is sleeved on the power output shaft (11). The planetary gear speed control system comprises a gear ring (17), a planetary carrier (19), a sun gear (20) and a planetary gear (18). The gear ring (17) is externally provided with a gear ring gear (15). The planetary carrier (19) is externally provided with a planetary carrier gear (21). The first input shaft gear (4) is meshed with the gear ring gear (15). The second input shaft gear (9) is meshed with the planetary carrier gear (21). At least one end of the first input shaft (2), the second input shaft (8) and the power output shaft (11) extends out of the shell (1) to be connected with external power or external loads. The double-power synthesizer has the advantage that two input powers that change randomly are synthesized to one power output shaft.
