Abstract:
A double-robot system for detecting a flaw of a rim or a spoke comprises a movable cart (3), a lifting platform (4), a jacking rotating mechanism (1), and robots (2). The lifting platform (4) is movably connected to the movable cart (3) in a vertical direction. The jacking rotating mechanism (1) is disposed on the lifting platform (4). A wheel jacking arm (15) is disposed on each of the left side and the right side of the jacking rotating mechanism (1). The wheel jacking arms (15) are used for lap joint on a rail (8) where a wheel in detection is located. One robot (2) is fixedly connected to each of the front side and the rear side of the jacking rotating mechanism (1). Each robot (2) is provided with a tread carrier (5). The jacking rotating mechanism (1) is also provided with two inner carriers (6). The flaw detection system can detect two wheels in a wheel pair (7) at the same time. The robots (2) are fixed to the front side and the rear side of the jacking rotating mechanism (1) and can ascend with the jacking rotating mechanism (1), the positions of the robots (2) and the jacking rotating mechanism (1) can be kept constant, which helps to improve the positioning precision. Force applied by the vehicle body to the jacking rotating mechanism (1) is completely transmitted to the steel rail by means of the wheel jacking arms (15), so as to prevent a basic construction from subsiding.
