Abstract:
Disclosed is a double-roller ink coating machine for a circuit board, wherein a machine body (1) is provided with an electric cabinet (2), an ink stirring device (3) and a pneumatic diaphragm pump (4); the electric cabinet (2) is arranged at the right side of the machine body (1); the ink stirring device (3) is arranged at the middle of the machine body (1); the pneumatic diaphragm pump (4) is arranged at the left side of the machine body (1); two coating mechanisms (8) are provided and are arranged side by side at a discharge end of a silica gel delivery roller (5); automatic dust adhesion roller and paper roller devices (6) are arranged at the junction between the silica gel delivery roller (5) and the coating mechanisms (8); an ink receiving tray (9) is arranged below the coating mechanisms (8) and is located above the ink stirring device (3); and a circulating ink outlet pipe is arranged at the middle of the ink receiving tray (9). Two different inks can be added by the coating machine at the same time, thereby reducing the machine replacement time.
