Title:
DOUBLE-ROTATION BARBECUING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/126766
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a double-rotation barbecuing device, comprising a barbecue grill (2), and a driving electric motor (3) for driving the barbecue grill (2) to rotate. The barbecue grill (2) comprises a combination carrier, formed by a ring-shaped upper cover (2.41), a lower cover (2.43) and a driving gear (2.42). The ring-shaped upper cover (2.41) can rotate, and an outer side of an inner wall (2.412) thereof is provided with meshing teeth meshed with the driving gear (2.42). The driving electric motor (3) uses a double-speed alternate operation mode, and takes a set time t1 + t2 or 2t1 as an alternate conversion cycle. The set time t1 and t2 begins when the barbecue grill (2) converts the speed and ends when the rotating speed Vg of the upper cover (2.41) satisfies |Vj - Vg| ≤ Vc * r/R. For the time of use, wherein Vc represents the set minimum auto-rotation speed of the driving gear (2.42) and Vj - Vg represents the rotating speed difference between the barbecue grill (2) and the upper cover (2.41), j = 1, 2, V1 and V2 respectively represent the speeds, of the barbecue grill (2), corresponding to the low and high speeds of the driving electric motor (3), and r/R represents a ratio of an outer diameter of the driving gear (2.42) to an outer diameter of the upper cover inner wall (2.412). The double-rotation barbecuing device has the beneficial technical effects of prolonging the service life of the driving electric motor (3), reducing the energy consumption, and improving the heating uniformity of food.
