Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a double-row roller bearing provided with a comb-shaped holder, in which the behavior of rollers rotating at high speed is stabilized, and heat generation or friction loss in the bearings is reduced. This double-row roller bearing is provided with: an outer race 1 having a raceway surface 1a on the inner surface; an inner race 2 having a raceway surface 2a on the outer surface; a plurality of rollers 3 arranged in two rows between the outer race 1 and the inner race 2; and a holder 4 for holding the rollers 3 that are arranged in an annular shape in each row. The holder 4 is composed of: an annular part 4a that is arranged between the two rows of rollers; and a plurality of pillar parts 4b that extend from the side surface of the annular part 4a and hold the rollers 3 in each row in a rollable manner. The minimum distance C between the end surfaces of the rollers in each row and the side surface of the annular part of the holder is less than 0.003×D+0.12 mm, where D is the maximum diameter of the roller.
