Abstract:
A double-safety intelligent safety valve, comprising a seat (2) and a body (1). A disc (3), a disc seat (6) and a stem (4) are provided above the seat (2) in sequence. A bonnet (8) is provided above the body. An auxiliary cylinder (9) is installed at an upper end of the bonnet. A piston rod of the auxiliary cylinder is connected to an upper end of the stem (4). The auxiliary cylinder (9) is connected to a three-position four-way solenoid operated directional valve (10). An inner cavity of the seat communicates with a pressure sensor (11). By means of additionally providing the auxiliary cylinder and the pressure sensor, the auxiliary cylinder enables the disc to open quickly, such that a system can release pressure in time. Thus, the problem of it not being possible for the disc to open in time due to an increase in frictional resistance between the disc seat and a guide sleeve is solved, and a system can release pressure quickly, thereby eliminating potential safety hazards.
