A crease is imparted to a double-sided corrugated board material (60) by a crease imparting device (100) provided with: a first pressing part (111) and a second pressing part (112) which are plate-shaped members having end parts parallel to surfaces of the double-sided corrugated board material (60) moving in the direction perpendicular to corrugations thereof and are provided on both sides of the double-sided corrugated board material (60), the first pressing part (111) and the second pressing part (112) having a length a predetermined ratio or greater than the width of the double-sided corrugated board material (60) in the direction of the corrugations, the width which is the length in the direction perpendicular to the corrugations being 0.5-3 times the thickness of the double-sided corrugated board material (60), and sides of the end parts facing each other in the direction of the corrugations being chamfered; and driving means for driving the first pressing part (111) and the second pressing part (112) so as to press the double-sided corrugated board material (60) from both sides thereof in a state in which the positions of the first pressing part (111) and the second pressing part (112) are offset from each other in the direction of movement of the double-sided corrugated board material (60).
