Abstract:
A double-sided currency detector, comprising a detector frame (2), a currency twisting assembly (1), a currency outlet assembly (9), a currency receiving assembly, a display, a drive assembly, a control circuit board, and a front-side currency detection electronic assembly (101). The currency outlet assembly (9) comprises a first set of currency pressing wheels (91) and a second set of currency pressing wheels (92); each set of currency pressing wheels (91, 92) comprises an upper currency pressing wheel (93) and a lower currency pressing wheel (94); the two upper currency pressing wheels (93) are connected by means of an upper belt (95); the two lower currency pressing wheels (94) are connected by means of a lower belt (96); currency is conveyed into the detector frame (2) by the currency twisting assembly (1), passes through the first set of currency pressing wheels (91) and then is clamped and conveyed in a suspension manner by the upper and lower belts (95, 96), and then passes through the second set of currency pressing wheels (92) and then is fed into the currency receiving assembly. The currency detector further comprises a back-side currency detection electronic assembly (102); the back-side currency detection electronic assembly (102) is electrically connected to the control circuit board; the back-side currency detection electronic assembly (102) is provided below a currency detection channel between the first set of currency pressing wheels (91) and the second set of currency pressing wheels (92). The double-sided currency detector can realize double-sided currency detection and has a little change to a conventional currency detector without greatly increasing the size, thereby having obvious advantages.
