Abstract:
The present patent for invention discloses a double-sided different-color functional thin silk fabric and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: firstly, continuously padding a thin silk fabric in a dyeing solution containing a carbon black coating mixture, an adhesive, a cross-linking agent and a leveling agent; and drying same, and then printing same with a print paste containing a conventional liquid coating, an adhesive paste, a binder and a thickening agent. By means of the method, a functional double-sided different-color thin silk fabric can be prepared, and the fabric has excellent color fastness, antistatic properties, good water repellency (a printed area) and hydrophilicity, and excellent air permeability and moisture penetrability. The double-sided different-color functional thin silk fabric prepared by using the technique disclosed by the present patent for invention has a simple technological process, and is a green printing and dyeing technique.
