Abstract:
Disclosed are a double-sided substrate for LED illumination and an LED illumination device, the illumination device comprising a lamp body (8) and a double-sided substrate. The double-sided substrate comprises a light source substrate (1) arranged with an LED (5), a power source substrate (2) arranged with a driving circuit element, an insulation clip (3), and an elastic conductive clamping sheet (4). Two circuit junctions of which the positions correspond to each other are respectively provided at edges of front faces of the light source substrate (1) and the power source substrate (2). The insulation clip (3) is provided with a clamping groove (30), and the elastic conductive clamping sheet (4) is embedded in the clamping groove (30). A back face of the light source substrate (1) abuts that of the power source substrate (2). The insulation clip (3) clamps the light source substrate (1) and the power source substrate (2) via the clamping groove (30) at the circuit junctions so that the elastic conductive clamping sheet (4) is electrically connected to the circuit junctions of the light source substrate (1) and the power source substrate (2) so as to make circuits of the light source substrate (1) and the power source substrate (2) communicate. The LED (5) dissipates heat via the light source substrate (1) and the power source substrate (2). This double-sided substrate for LED illumination and LED illumination device have simple structures, low manufacturing costs and high production efficiency, and can be widely used in the field of LED illumination.
