Abstract:
The present invention allows an orthodontic bracket to be manufactured so that a sufficient orthodontic force of an orthodontic wire can be transferred to the teeth of a subject, and in a base structure conforming to the teeth of the subject if necessary, even when the bracket is manufactured using a synthetic resin material not by conventional methods such as sinter-molding or a cutting process, but by other methods, thereby minimizing a feeling of irritation. As a means for achieving the objective, the present invention allows an orthodontic bracket to be manufactured using a synthetic resin having biocompatibility by a printing method of laminating a layer of a base and a layer of head constituting the bracket using a 3D printing technique, wherein two-stage orthodontic wires are installed and used by providing double slots on the head so that the orthodontic force applied to each slot is halved whereby no problem occurs in use.
