Abstract:
A double spring mattress is made out of two spiral compression springs that have different free height and different elastic modulus by way of combination. The mattress has two stress layers that are independent of each other and are not implicative of each other. When a person lies on the mattress, each part of the person's body will keep close contact with the mattress, the spine of the person's body will keep straight, and it is easy for the person to turn over or change prone position. The mattress of this invention solves the problem which is the local stress or the curving of spine due to the fact that the prior spring mattress is too hard or too soft. The structure of the spring mattress is also adapted to the spring cushion.
