Abstract:
A double-station die/mold change cart with convenient angle adjustment. The double-station die/mold change cart comprises a moving cart body (1), wherein the upper surface of the moving cart body (1) is rotatably connected to an operation platform (3) by means of a rotation mechanism (2), and a first station (4) and a second station (5) are arranged on the left and right sides of the upper surface of the operation platform (3). The first station (4) comprises a roller mechanism (6), a positioning mechanism (7), and a push-pull mechanism (8), wherein the roller mechanism (6) is arranged on the upper surface of the operation platform (3); and the push-pull mechanism (6) is arranged in a vertical direction of the operation platform (3). The first station (4) and the second station (5) are arranged on the operation platform (3). Therefore, during die/mold changing, a third electric motor (801) drives a screw rod (802) to rotate; during rotation, the screw rod (802) can drive a mounting block (803) to move in a long groove (805); during movement, the mounting block (803) is capable of driving a hook assembly (804) to move; and the hook assembly (804) is firmly fastened to a die/mold, so that the die/mold to be changed is pulled out and placed at the second station (5), and a new die/mold is then placed by means of the first station (4), thereby improving the operation efficiency of the die/mold change cart.
