The present invention relates to a double-structured dryer for drying aggregate, the dryer being formed in a double structure of a rotating inner drum and outer drum, so as to heat the aggregate twice and dry the same while transferring the aggregate from the outer drum to the inner drum. The double-structured dryer for drying aggregate of the present invention is characterized by comprising: an outer drum having in the front end an insertion hole into which aggregate is inserted; an inner drum installed coaxially to the outer drum and within the outer drum so as to rotate together with the outer drum, having a transfer passage opened in the rear end thereof so as to introduce aggregate falling from the outer drum, and having a discharge passage formed in the front end thereof so as to discharge the aggregate; an aggregate raising member installed at the rear end of the outer drum, to scoop up aggregate that moves toward the rear end of the outer drum and drop the aggregate from above; a driving means for rotating the outer drum; and a heating means for heating the aggregate in the outer drum and the inner drum.
